The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 323, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant acquired 01 Bigha 16 dhurs of land through registered sale deed on 03.06.1978 from one Shanti Kuwar and is coming possession over the same. Subsequently the informant also purchased 17 dhurs of land through registered sale deed dated 12.11.1981 in his name, his brother and grand son. On 25.07.2015 co-accused Rashmi Devi and Ratnesh Kumar were measuring the land of the informant and when the informant asked from them they replied

It is further alleged that the informant's daughter has sold the land of the informant for consideration amount of Rs.4,40,000/-. The petitioner has signed as identifier of the vendor in the sale deed.

Considering the fact that the informant has admitted the execution of sale deed, petitioner is simply an identifier and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 690 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
