The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mainatar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be married Nanad of the deceased and no specific allegation of demand of dowry is attributed to her. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatar P.S.
