2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna to dispose of the representation dated 6.3.2013 (Annexure-4) filed by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 7.2.2013 (Annexure-3) passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.
13331 of 2012 in the facts and circumstances of the case;
Patna High Court CWJC No.19478 of 2015(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 (ii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to mutate the land with regard the share of the petitioner i.e. Khata No.296, Khesra No. 88 measuring an area 10 Katha and Khata No.291, Khesra No. 92 measuring an area 5 Katha situated at Khajpura, Thana No 11 District-Patna in the facts and circumstances of the case;
(iii) for issuance of such other writ(s), order(s), direction(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper.
3. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner though the State is present.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter with the passage of time has become infructuous.
5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
