JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To quash the order dated 05.03.2010 passed by Respondents No-4 in respect of Purcha allotted to respondent No-5 an area "09" dhur and respondents No-06 an area 10 dhur bearing Plot No-373 Khata No-38 Thana No-297 in Mauza Rampur Mahesh which is Khatiyani land of the petitioner, which is contained in Annexure-1 to this writ petition.

(ii) To hold that the Purcha prepared by the respondent No-04 is erroneous and illegal and thereby illegible for quash.

(iii) To direct the respondent No-2 for

Patna High Court CWJC No.14840 of 2014(2) dt.02-03-2023 2/2 taking appropriate legal action against the respondents and punished them suitably who are in collusion with private respondents No-5 and 6 and have illegally and collusively prepared the Purcha and issued to Respondent No-5 and 6 who is Land Holder and are not entitled to obtained the Purcha and thereby deprived the petitioner to his legal and constitutional right.

(iv) For grant of appropriate compensation to the petitioner for the harassment and illegal deprivation of his land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
