:
Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-04-2016 No change of date of birth is going to be permitted after more than three decades. It is obviously an after thought for extraneous reasons. Certificate of the petitioner was provided by the respondents way back in the year 1990. It is only now that she is questioning the correctness of her date of birth after she has gained employment under the State. The demand lacks bona fide. Such a stale claim cannot be entertained. Writ is rejected.
