After some arguments the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to challenge the order dated 13.06.2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator, Bhagalpur in Land Acquisition Case No. 16 of 2023-24.
