The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 108/2016 dated 07.08.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Burglary is alleged to have been committed in three contiguous houses. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name only transpired in the confession of one Rajesh Kumar, from whose house some of the stolen articles have been recovered. Apart from the present case, the petitioner is also accused in one other case, in which he is on bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

Case No. 108/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
