Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the authorities for making payment of salary since March, 2004 to the petitioner and regularization of service of the petitioner on account of his work as casual worker since 05.09.1990. Counter affidavit discloses that remuneration till February, 2002 has been paid to the petitioner. As per stand in the counter affidavit, after 2002, petitioner has not worked.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14729 of 2014(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 Writ petition has been filed in the year 2014. Averments made in the counter affidavit are neither denied or disputed by the petitioner though copy of counter affidavit was served on 15.09.2015.

No case is made out for direction, as prayed for in the writ proceedings.

Writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
