2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 245 of 2023 instituted under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. The motorcycle of the petitioner was used for committing a crime under the Excise Act. The petitioner is not name in the F.I.R. He has clean antecedent. His brother has been granted regular bail by this Court.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event

No.31135 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-2, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 371 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
