====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is directed against the order dated 28.1.2022 passed by learned Sub Judge, III Muzaffarpur in Title Suit No. 80 of 1999 by which the review application for finally abating the suit under Section 4(C) of the Consolidation Act has been rejected.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted

Patna High Court CWJC No.9329 of 2011(8) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 liberty to agitate the issues raised in the present writ petition before the Ld. trial Court where the petitioner is defendant in Title Suit No. 80 of 1999, pending before the learned civil Court, Muzaffarpur. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
