As a Rojgar Sevak working on contract basis the petitioner was incharge of certain Yojana relating to plantation under the MANREGA scheme. Several defects/illegalities were found in execution thereof. Under the impugned communication dated 04.07.2013, he was called upon to deposit the loss sustained by the Government in execution of the Yojana /project failing which action was to be taken.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24628 of 2013 (2) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 From the counter affidavit of the State respondents it appears that on default on the part of the petitioner in depositing the amount allegedly misappropriated by him an FIR has already been lodged. The counsel for the petitioner has also pointed out that the petitioner has been terminated from his engagement as Rojgar Sevak. In these factual background I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition granting him liberty to take appropriate steps in the light of changed scenario.
