2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No.355/2021 dated 28.09.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 356 & 379 IPC , pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
