JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to events during pendency of the instant proceeding now the issue which remains is arrears of remuneration for work discharged during April 2015 to March 2016. In view of limited claim the petitioner would approach respondent No. 3 Having regard to the said submission the writ petition need not be kept pending as the said claim can be examined by respondent No. 3 and in the event it is found admissible petitioner should be paid the remuneration. In order to facilitate consideration the petitioner should approach the District Panchayati Raj Officer ,Rohtas with a detailed claim on the basis of work rendered by her in the said period within a period of four weeks.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12513 of 2011(8) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 In the event such an application is filed the The District Panchayati Raj Officer ,Rohtas should dispose of the claim within a period of eight weeks thereafter having regard to the period for which the petitioner has discharged the function of Secretary Gram Kutchery and if dues are found admissible the same should be paid within the aforesaid period.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
