11-06-2019 Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 20-11-2018, as stated in paragraph 13 of the petition, in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

At the very outset, it has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is an old person aged about 70 years. He further, by way of referring to F.I.R., submits that in a civil dispute, colour of criminal offence has been given and as such, a prayer has been made for granting bail to the petitioner.

No.29461 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2019 2/2 In view of nature of accusation, period of custody as well as old age of the petitioner, let the petitioner namely Atul Nath Shukla be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014.
