That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or appropriate writ/ writs, order / orders, direction/ directions for following reliefs:- a. For directing the Bihar Staf Selection Commission hereinafter
Patna High Court CWJC No.23804 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/3 referred as Commission to issue forthwith recommendation / requisition for appointment to the post of Secretariat Assistant in favour of the petitioners to the concerned department of the State of Bihar according to marks obtained by the petitioners against the advertisement no. 110/10 as contained in Annexure-1 after completion of the counselling of the petitioners after taking into account preference given by the petitioners against the Secretariat Assistant posts.
b. Directing the Secretary, Bihar Staf Selection Commission to act upon in issuance of requisition/recommendation upon the application by the petitioner pursuant to modification letter issued on 06.05.2011 in connection with the Advertisement No.110/10 for making application by 31.05.2011 for appointment against notified vacancy.
c. Also for directing the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar,
Patna High Court CWJC No.23804 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 3/3 Patna, to not fill up the posts of secretariat assistant for which the petitioners are entitled for appointment and other consequential service benefits and seniority according to their marks obtained in the Advertisement No.110/10 after being declared finally successful."
The learned counsel for the respondentBihar Staff Selection Commission submits that the selection process has stood concluded long back and appointments have also been made thereafter. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities in case of any subsisting grievances.
Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
