The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/341/323/354/307/379/448/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are near resident and due to land dispute, the present First Information Report has been lodged making false and frivolous allegations. It is submitted that the injuries purported to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the nature of allegations, the proximity and the relationship between the parties and also that these petitioners

No.48755 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. (Banma O.P.) Case No. 133 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
