2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sigaudi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime who is a close family members of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of suspicion. There is delay of four days in lodging the F.I.R. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has actively participated in the killing of the deceased.

6. Considering the role of the petitioner in the crime, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail.
