2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022 dated 07.02.2022 lodged under Sections 147, 149, 302, 504 and 323 of the I.P.C.
4. As per the prosecution, eleven named accused persons were made accused in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation that all the accused persons were assaulted by iron rod, lathi, danda and stick to the informant's son who died during the course of treatment.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27593 of 2023(2) dt.06-06-2023 2/2 15.07.2022. Counsel further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that vide Annexure-3, four accused persons have moved before this Court in anticipatory bail, out of four, bail of three accused persons were rejected but accused Malti Devi has been granted anticipatory bail. Counsel further submits that petitioner is a lady and her name has figured as accused at serial no.11.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
