Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and apprehends her arrest in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No.65 of 2015 for the offences registered under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased died within one year of her marriage but the allegation of demand of dowry is against husband of the deceased. No doubt, the postmortem report goes to show that cause of death was cardio respiratory failure but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any concern with the husband of the deceased and the brothers of deceased's husband have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in Pandarak P.S. Case no. 65 of 2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
