2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Mohania P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023 including the entire criminal proceeding against the petitioners in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023, arising out of Complaint Case No. 3468 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Mohania, District-Kaimur registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 354B, 376, 323, 379, 380, 342 and 504 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. against the petitioners.
