Parties are in agreement that the relief, claimed in the instant writ petition for arrears of salary between the period 01.06.2008 to 25.05.2010, being the period between the petitioner's dismissal and reinstatement under order dated 11.11.2009 passed in CWJC No 15130 of 2008, now stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.17852 of 2011(3) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 decided by order dated 24.09.2014 passed in LPA No 1684 of 2011.

In view of the said submission, no adjudication is called for in the instant proceedings. Writ petition is disposed of.

Claim of the petitioner, needless to say, would be governed by the decision in the said LPA.
