The present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the Respondents to make payment of retiral dues. However, in view of facts disclosed in the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievances in respect of retiral dues have already been redressed. So far as quashing of order, by which 1st time bound promotion given to the petitioner was cancelled, is concerned, the Court is of the opinion that since the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.15486 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 pertains to only retiral dues, no specific order can be passed in respect of another grievances.

In view of the fact that all retiral dues have already been paid to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in respect of claim of withdrawal of 1st time bound promotion. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
