The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. case no. 223 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are ladies and there is a case and counter case existing between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. case no. 223 of 2015 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
