The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC. The allegation of complainant is that her father-in-law sold the land of his share of Khata No.163, Survey Plot No.712, area 7 katha on 10.01.2013 for his treatment and other expenses and further alleged that the accused persons prepared forged and fabricated deed to grab the disputed land.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is the deed writer of the sale deed in question. There is no wrongful
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57902 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2016 gain on his part. The other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.18499 of 2015.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
