The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 15.04.2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Kudra P.S. Case No.189 of 2013 whereby and whereunder took cognizance under Sections 386, 307, 34 of the IPC and 27 Arms Act.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.
