Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and he came to be implicated in the instant case merely for the reason that he is uncle of Shailesh with whom the victim was in love. It is next submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is further submitted that Rikhi Sahani along with two others had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 19534 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27166 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 15-4-2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into account the order dated 15-4-2024 in Cr. Misc No. 19534 of 2024 (Rikhi Sahani & Ors. vs. the State of Bihar), the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
