The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar RPF P. S. Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Section 3(a) RP (UP) Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, plea of innocence taken by the petitioner, period of one year spent by him in custody and willingness shown by him to furnish bond and sureties to the satisfaction of the court, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail Ara

(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
