1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the letter no.11 dated 6.9.2013 contained in annexure-3 issued under the signature of the Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Perhap Sahar whereby the salary of the petitioner has been stopped and his service has been terminated.

ii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to let the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19467 of 2015(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 petitioner continue as legally appointed Primary teacher/Panchayat teacher and also command the respondents to forth with pay him his due salary to which he is entitled as Primary teacher/Panchayat teacher.

iii) Issuance of writ in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 13.6.2012 passed by District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur in the case bearing No.46/10(Yugeshwar Singh Vs. P. Unit Perhap) which has been communicated to District Education Officer, Bhojpur the and Panchayat Secretary, Perhap vide memo no.356 dated 27.6.2012 contained in annexure-2.

iv) Issuance of any other writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
