Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C24/17 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 17(1) and 18(2) of P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was running a pathological lab having no proper licence and on information when police reached there he shut down his lab and ran away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has applied for the licence in the year 2010 but he has not been granted the same and, as a matter of fact, he is not running the lab. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that he does not have proper licence and without having any licence he is running the lab, as such, he does

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its iown merit and on the basis of submission, as stated above, and if possible disposed of on the same day.
