The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/471/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner got executed sale-deed in favour of the petitioner and on the basis of the said document, the petitioner fraudulently got mutated the land in question. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that subsequently a compromise petition was also filed. Considering the nature of allegation made and that the land in question was mutated by the husband of the petitioner which is said to be a khataiyani land in the name of father and uncle of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57863 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2016 informant and particularly because no case is made out against this petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 212/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
