This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are next door neighbour of the informant and some dispute is going on between the parties with regard to drainage of water, inasmuch as, the petitioners have clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
