The objection for the construction is that the land is earmarked for a pond. It is, however, brought to the notice of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14874 of 2014 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Court that construction of the building has since been completed. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
