The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and taking into consideration the order dated 13.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.35108 of 2021, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36616 of 2021(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Janta Bazar P. S. Case No.211 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
