2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of molesting and assaulting the informant's mother.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The parties are next door neighbours and there is land dispute between both the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO-cum-A.D.J.-VI, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024.
