The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.01.2019. He further submits that only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case with the allegation that he was involved in the theft of the motorcycle.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
