JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For quashing the order dated 25.04.2012 issued by the District Magistrate, Buxar contained in letter no.051203 whereby direction has been issued to frame charges against the petitioner in light of letter no.030355 dated 19.02.2010 written by Additional Collector, Buxar with regard to enquiry report for execution of development scheme by the petitioner.

(ii) For further direction upon the respondents authorities not to take any coercive action against the petitioner pursuant to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23892 of 2013(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 aforementioned letter written by the District Magistrate, Buxar.

(iii) For further to drop the proceeding, if any, the respondent authorities are contemplating to initiate against the petitioner in light of enquiry report submitted by the Addl. Collector, Buxar."

Considering the fact that the present writ petition was filed in the year 2013, challenging the direction to frame charges against the petitioner in light of the letter dated 19.02.2010, written by the Additional Collector, Buxar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, nonetheless, he seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities in case he is having any subsisting grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
