2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.09.2013 passed by learned C.J.M., Motihari in O/C 43/13 (Tr. No.801/14), by which cognizance of offence under Section 22(1)(2), 23 of Preconception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Technique Act has been taken against the petitioner.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 15.07.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with complaint case No.43 of 2013.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present
