ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-09-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Bank has drawn the attention of this Court to the Annexure C/D to the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 wherein it is stated that the Additional Sessions Court Gandhidham, East Kutch, Gujarat has given a direction to the Gandhidham City/District Cyber Crime Police Station to direct the concerned Manager of the respective banks and release the amount to the account of complainant's name and
Patna High Court CWJC No.6835 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 submit the report to the Court. Learned counsel has stated that the account of the petitioner is at Serial No. 8 and, therefore, the authority has to necessarily follow the directions issued by the Court as well as the Office of the Gandhidham City/District Cyber Crime Police Station. Further, it is stated that in case, the petitioner has any grievance, she has to challenge the order passed by the Additional Sessions Court Gandhidham, East Kutch, Gujarat before the appropriate Court in Gujarat.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks a liberty from this Court to approach the Court in Gujarat challenging the order passed by the Additional Sessions Court Gandhidham, East Kutch, Gujarat.
