JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 By order dated 21.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13798 of 2017, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.51 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/Successor Court. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time.
Prayer is allowed.
Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
