====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Sessions Trial No. 255A of 2015 arising out of Khiri More P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B), 120 (B) and 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that husband of the deceased has faced trial and has been acquitted by Judgment dated 30.6.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No. 255 of 2015. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners in the written report. Petitioners are in custody since 13.12.2017 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-2nd, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 255-A of 2015 arising out of Khiri More P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
