The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons taken the motorcycle of the informant and fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody from 24.01.2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26229 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail be released after completion of six months in custody from 24.01.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. case No.58 of 2019.
