The present application under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed before this Court with a prayer to direct the Jurisdictional Magistrate to pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3428 (C) of 2011.

In compliance with the order passed by this Court on 28.08.2015, the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate has submitted her report dated 17.05.2016.

From perusal of the aforesaid record, it would be evident that the Complaint case has already been disposed of vide order dated 06.01.2016.
