This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023, corresponding to Special Case No. 11 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 08/20 (b) (ii) (B) of Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are the citizens of nepal and 3.800 Kgs. of ganja has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioners are

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the cases pending against the petitioners within six months of the communication of this order.
