In view of the averments made in paragraph nos.5 and 6 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2 to 4, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, whereafter the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur shall take all follow-up actions for redressal of her valid grievances, as per the averments made in the aforesaid counter affidavit.
It is expected that the valid grievances of the petitioner shall be redressed within a maximum period of three months from the date of her appearance in the manner indicated above before the respondent District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur, but, before passing any final order, an opportunity of
Patna High Court CWJC No.14600 of 2014 (2) dt.11-04-2016 hearing must be given to all concerned including the petitioner and the respondent no.5, besides others, if any.
The writ petition stands finally disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
