The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lodipur P. S. Case No. 187 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner and other co-accused asked the informant as to why she was cutting the paddy crop and started abusing and started assaulting causing injury to the middle finger of right hand and further torn her sari and took away Rs. 500/-.

Submission is of false implication and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, allegations are omnibus and general in nature, allegation under Section 379 IPC is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11326 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 supper addition which is not specific and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

Learned APP fairly submits that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P. S. Case No. 187 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
