JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 09-03-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted that in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2018, by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail, „Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act‟ has been left out.

In view of such, 2nd paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2018 is modified to the extent that after the words Indian Penal Code, it be also read as "and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act".

Let this order be communicated to the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.56 of 2017.
