Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 576 of 2017 for the offence under section 147, 149, 353, 332 and 283 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners have staged 'Dharna' and caused disturbance in smooth movement of the traffic and as such they have been made accused in this case. There is no allegation that

Considering the fact that petitioners are mostly female and they staged 'Dharna' in protest, this court is inclined to grant bail, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with P.S. Case No. Mohania P.S. Case No. 576 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
