The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. C-III 54/2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2018. In view of the recovery of 153.360 litres of liquor from in front of the house of the petitioner, which he claims to be a joint property and not his exclusive property, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to
