By way of the present application under Articles
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.272 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2 / 2 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014 on the ground that no case is made out so far as it relates to the petitioner.
From bare perusal of the FIR, it would appear that the allegations made in the FIR do attract a cognizable offence as against the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
