Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied section of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of snatching golden chain from the neck of the informant while he was being beaten by other accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of assault is not against this petitioner and he has been implicated in this case falsely due to previous enmity by alleging that he snatched golden chain.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42539 of 2016 (3) dt.21-12-2016 case specially the fact that allegation of assault is not against this petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
